✅ Your Right to Cancel (Under UK Law)

You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• 📅 You requested a refund within 14 days of:

  • The course start date (if paid in advance), OR

  • The payment date (if paid after the course started)

• 📘 You have not received or accessed any course materials.

• 📝 You have not completed or attempted any tests or assessments.

• 📄 You have not received any certificate (digital or physical).

⚠️ Important: If you have been given any part of the course, a refund cannot be issued — even if you are still within the 14-day period.

❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

• You have accessed or been given any lessons or course materials.

• You have attended any session, online or in person.

• You have started or completed any test or exam.

• You have been issued a certificate.

• You used course materials to pass an assessment, even during the cooling-off period.

⏱ Course Completion Time Limit

All courses must be completed within 6 months from the start date.

If you do not finish within this time:

• Your course access will end.

• To continue, you must re-enrol.

• New course fees will apply, based on current rates at the time.
