You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
📅 You requested a refund within 14 days of:
The course start date (if paid in advance), OR
The payment date (if paid after the course started)
📘 You have not received or accessed any course materials.
📝 You have not completed or attempted any tests or assessments.
📄 You have not received any certificate (digital or physical).
⚠️ Important: If you have been given any part of the course, a refund cannot be issued — even if you are still within the 14-day period.
You have accessed or been given any lessons or course materials.
You have attended any session, online or in person.
You have started or completed any test or exam.
You have been issued a certificate.
You used course materials to pass an assessment, even during the cooling-off period.
All courses must be completed within 6 months from the start date.
If you do not finish within this time:
Your course access will end.
To continue, you must re-enrol.
New course fees will apply, based on current rates at the time.
